Construction Updates

On-site construction began in May 2020 and will take approximately 24 months to complete. At that time, some work will remain, including the removal of the existing Hawkins Point and Sollers Point terminal stations.

Installing formwork at Tower 3 and Tower 4 vessel collision protection structures
Installing topping rebar at Tower 3 and Tower 4 vessel collision protection structures
Installing fender system for Tower 5 vessel collision protection structure
Performing pile coating repairs at Tower 3 vessel collision protection structure
Performing ladder installations at Tower 1, Tower 4, and Tower 7
Mobilizing barges in water and relocating as needed to get work completed
